Hi my name is Mikaela. I am married and have 2 little boys, Ethan and Jakob, and a black lab named Ebony. I have worked in the field of veterinary medicine for about 2 years and in human medicine for about 5 years. I am currently in the Missouri Air National Guard as a medic. I enjoy outdoor activities, reading and playing with my kids and dog. I love what I do here and the people, pets and clients that I get to work with everyday.

Dr. Kara (Chappell) Amstutz is a Springfield native. She earned her Bachelor of Science from MSU in 1996 and went on to recieve her Doctorate of Veterinarian Medicine degree from the University of Missouri Columbia in 2000. She has special interests in internal medicine, cardiology and oncology. Dr. Kara Spends her free time with her husband, daughters and a houseful of pets.

Hi my name is Dwight. I work as the hospital manager. I am a Registered Nurse that has transitioned to Veterinary Medicine. I spend lots of time doing continuing education in practice management. In my off time I enjoy being a father (3 children), husband, running and watching sports.
